The Chambersburg Cardinals Franchise claimed their thirteenth League Championship by winning in the 2011 GDFL National Championship Game. This was their first GDFL National Championship and their second consecutive League Championship defeating the top-ranked Oklahoma Thunder 19-14 in the 2011 GDFL National Championship Game ending 52 game winning streak.
